Curb temptations!
Today I am mostly… sabotaging myself. Or trying to. All I can think about is food. Lots of it. All the time. Preferably with caramel involved.

Makes enough for dinner tonight and leftovers for lunch tomorrow
Ingredients:
400g sirloin steak
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce
I large hunk of ginger, grated
Black pepper
3 drops oil
4 garlic gloves, crushed
A bit of chopped coriander
How to:
Cube beef into 1cm chunks.
Marinate in the soy, oyster, ginger and black pepper for 30 minutes.
Brown the garlic in your pan (which you’ve oiled, then wiped with paper towel to remove excess), then add the meat and cook lightly so it stays a little rare. Garnish with your coriander and…tada!
