Clever and cunning indeed as the trick to it lies in the tailoring. Yes, exaggerate the area from the waist to the top of the hip bone ever so slightly and you have one very fashionable hourglass. It's all about the peplum - the fabric that juts out from the waist and exaggerates the hips.
