Cate Blanchett set the A-list bar very high while sitting front row at Romance Was Born (in Givenchy) on Sunday. And while international stars in town, such as Katy Perry and Reese Witherspoon, stayed away from the catwalks there was plenty of local fash eye candy in the front row.
